What we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, phone number, email address, trade or industry, a description of your situation, and how urgent it is.
If you call, text or email us, we keep the contents of that conversation and your contact details so we can reply and follow up.
With your consent, we also collect usage information about how you browse this site — pages viewed, clicks, scroll behaviour, approximate location, device and browser — through the analytics tools described below. This does not load until you accept analytics on the consent banner, and you can decline.

- n8n — workflow automation that routes your enquiry to us.
- Supabase — secure database hosting where your enquiry is stored.
- Resend — email delivery, so your enquiry reaches us.
- Cal.com — scheduling, if you book a call with us.
Some of these providers store or process information on servers outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How long we keep it
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including access controls and storing data with reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Accessing or correcting your information
